GreenPoint Partners' London office was led solely by a single Principal overseeing three operating platforms. While the workload was manageable, it became clear that additional support was needed to allow the Principal to focus on higher-value strategic tasks and enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the platforms. Initally the firm had instructed a different executive search firm who failed at delivering the assignment. After 2 seperate referrals, Rockbourne was referred to GreenPoint, to reset and relaunch the search.
We partnered with the Principal to define the brief and role requirements, then mapped the market to identify 152 qualified candidates and provide insight on compensation, sentiment, and hiring activity. Through discreet, targeted headhunting, we engaged shortlisted individuals with tailored messaging that positioned the role as unique and compelling. To support the process, we built a showcase page featuring GreenPoint’s story, current projects, future ambitions, and a video Q&A with the hiring manager.
We held weekly steering calls with the hiring manager to review feedback, address candidate questions, and refine the search strategy, ensuring full transparency and alignment. Shortlisted candidates were rigorously assessed on both technical skills and cultural fit through written assignments and pre-interview assessments.

From 9 shortlisted candidates, 6 advanced to interviews, resulting in 1 successful hire. Given the successful partnership, Rockbourne supported Greenpoint Portfolio Company, Lysara with a team build out comprising of 5 leaders spanning Development, Investment and Asset Management.
