Elevation, a high-performing and fast-growing healthcare real estate investment platform, sought to appoint a dedicated Head of Asset Management to the business.
Elevation, a high-growth healthcare real estate investment platform, needed to appoint a Head of Asset Management to establish and lead a centralised function as the business entered a new phase of scale and sophistication. Until then, asset management sat with one of the Partners alongside their wider strategic duties, but the business had reached an inflection point that demanded a dedicated leader. The role was critical to managing the post-acquisition lifecycle of assets — from optimising the portfolio and monitoring lease compliance to driving asset-level performance across the platform. This hire would bring a more strategic and structured approach, strengthen Elevation’s capabilities, free up senior leadership to focus on growth, and reinforce the platform’s positioning with healthcare-focused capital partners.
We engaged 134 senior professionals in Operational Real Estate Asset Management, targeting sectors such as PBSA, Build-to-Rent, Self-Storage, Healthcare, and Senior Living. The search focused on MRICS-qualified candidates with private equity-style financial expertise. Through over 500 touchpoints, we refined the pool to a shortlist of 13. To drive engagement, we built a branded campaign site with leadership insights, conducted technical and behavioural assessments, and facilitated a four-stage interview process, including a case study exercise. We then managed offer negotiations and transition, ensuring a smooth hire and successful outcome.
