Euan Boyd – Principal

Euan joined Rockbourne in 2020, and in that time has successfully completed 40+ searches within the real estate private equity and investment management space. He specialises in supporting clients to hire senior Investment and Asset Management leaders. Euan has 10+ years of recruitment and search experience.

John Guest – Director.

John joined Rockbourne in 2022 as a Director and to head up the Development side of the business, leading searches from Land Acquisition through Development and Project management and into Construction.

Prior to Rockbourne, John spent 15 years in search and has completed over 350 successful mandates. Outside of work, John spends his time at home in Surrey chasing his 2 boys around the house and if he has any time left he loves watching sport, especially F1, NFL, and Football (and is an avid Portsmouth fan for his sins!)

Growing up with a dad as an Architect and a mum in Social Housing some say that ending up in Property was his destiny!

Ashwini Loke – Research Analyst

Ashwini has been responsible for mapping the property market and identifying top talent across multiple Asset Classes. She brings to the job an unrivalled attention to detail and a passion for real estate.

Lochie Payne – Consultant

Graduating from Newcastle University with a 2.1 in Business Management. Lochie was drawn to Rockbourne because of the unique relationships held with clients and candidates alike.

Lochie’s focus is primarily within the Development space, working alongside John to complete mandates of varying seniority.

Matthew Watts – Managing Director

Matthew is responsible for directing the company and executing senior mandates. He founded Rockbourne in 2017 on the belief that recruitment should be done in a more human-centric and client-driven way.

This empathetic approach, along with a dose of grit and hard work, paid off, and today Rockbourne works with top industry names, and the business is just getting started.

George Williams – Senior Consultant

George has been with Rockbourne for two years and in that time has completed a significant number of searches within the real estate private equity and investment management space. He specialises in supporting clients hiring top-tier analysts, associates and senior associates.  Before joining Rockbourne George worked as a commercial real estate agent, and is a graduate of Reading University where he gained a BSC in Real Estate.
