We are delighted to have been retained by a privately owned Investor/Developer focused on developing Student schemes in London and the Wider UK.
The Role
They are looking to expand their London development team by appointing a senior Project Manager who will join their team as a close-knit team as a key player who will have an active role in leading their most exciting and challenging projects.
Every day will be different, this will go from delivering multiple projects at once to getting involved with the appraisal to procuring a contractor, and leading tender negotiations. Going forward this person has the scope to move into the Director role when demonstrating that they are ready for the challenge.

What do you need to bring to the table?
Project Management experience, ideally having taken a development or redevelopment scheme from RIBA stages 3/4 through to completion and hand over
Ability and willingness to grow and run a team going forward.
Be a social chameleon.
Commercially astute, able to focus on the business plan and not just the cost/program, and understanding the impacts of changes/delays/risks on the overall profitability of each scheme.
You need to have a thirst for learning and be willing to wear multiple hats, in a fast-paced environment.
The Role itself
Being involved in the projects from the get-go and helping the business grow. The business has ambitions to deliver the best project possible.
You are managing a variety of different stakeholders and external consultants, leading multiple projects at once with ranging budgets for each.
Autonomy and responsibility as soon as you walk through the door. There is a support network around you if needed.

Salary Circa £65k – 85k DOE
Bonus up to 15% of salary
