Project Manager – Residential, Regeneration, Heritage and Commercial

We are delighted to have been retained by a privately owned development management firm that has a track record of delivering successful projects throughout the UK spanning sectors including Heritage, Leisure, Residential and Regeneration.
The Role
Working closely with the business Directors, you will be tasked with leading the delivery of Real Estate projects from contractor procurement through to client handover. Every day will be different, your tasks will include assembling a design team, running the design team meetings as well as overseeing and reporting back on the business plan, seeing your scheme come to life and bringing joy to those who visit.

What do you need to Bring?
Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager having worked on delivering a Real Estate project for a consultancy or developer.
You may be ready to start your client side journey but also have the understanding of how the technical processes work.
The ability to be proactive in driving change forwards.
Social Chameleon – being able to build rapport with the team but also with clients.
Attitude – every day is a school day and I am going to make the most of every opportunity.

Salary circa £40-50k Discretionary Bonus
Location – Southwark (with flexibility)
