SINGAPORE – Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Investment Manager

Rockbourne APAC is currently partnered with a leading Real Estate Investment Management firm in Singapore on a Portfolio Manager search.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Real Estate Investment and will be responsible for executing global real estate investments and delivering returns in accordance with agreed strategies on behalf of the clients entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies for the real estate portfolio, including asset allocation, investment selection, and risk management.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and make recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the portfolio, including tracking investment returns, property values, and cash flow.
• Negotiate lease agreements and oversee tenant relations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for the portfolio.
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including appraisers, brokers, and legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in real estate portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and risk management.
• Experience managing large real estate portfolios with diverse assets and properties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real estate investment software.
• Experience working with institutional investors or large-scale real estate investment firms preferred.
