Our client is a leading and specialist commercial property advisory firm based in Central London. Due to the strong performance of the team, and the company’s growth, they are looking to hire a top-tier individual to join the investment team.
You will be working in a small but high-performing team where you will be responsible for originating, sourcing, and executing investment transactions across the retail and alternative sectors.
Some key responsibilities include:
Active participation in sales from launch to closing, including site visits with clients and prospective purchasers
Sourcing opportunities: using internal and external personal and team network, use innovation and intuition
You will be involved in advising clients on both acquisitions and sales on iconic and landmark schemes across the capital.
Drive sales marketing strategies, timing, and management of the disposal progress.
Maintaining and developing client relations, assisting, and directing requirements across the business service lines, and presenting client investment pitches and on/off-market deal presentations.
Pre-acquisition due diligence, Excel/Argus viability, and cash flow modelling, formulating business plans and leading the acquisition process.
Experience in an analytical or investment agency focussed position within commercial real estate.
Desire to expand and develop your knowledge further.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Newly qualified (MRICS) or undertaking APC.
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 basic salary per annum + bonus + benefits
