Rockbourne are exclusively partnered with a leading UK Real Estate Investor, who are partnered with a globally recognised REPE business, to help them appoint a Senior Investment Analyst to their growing team.
The business will be targeting the UK multi-family asset class which includes PBSA, PRS/BTR, Hotels and Later Living.
They are currently in the process of deploying significant capital to acquire further assets and aim to grow their portfolio significantly in the coming 2-3 years. The successful candidate would play a key part in their expansion and gain extensive experience in complex transactions and debt raising.
Key duties include:
Analysing real estate investment opportunities through market research, in-depth financial assessment and financial modelling
Initial screening of investment opportunities – commercial and financial analysis
Assisting in underwriting, structuring, due diligence processes, financing and execution of transactions
Writing reports, memoranda, presentations and presenting findings at review and investment committee meetings
Supporting senior team members in securing debt for future acquisitions
Essentials:
Strong financial modelling, analytical and quantitative skills
Strong computer literacy sufficient to operate spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities effectively
A genuine interest and passion for Real Estate and a desire to progress and grow within the company
Salary:
Up to £60,000 plus bonus
