Development Manager – Industrial, Retail, Residential and Regeneration
We are delighted to have been retained by a privately owned Development management firm that has a track record of delivering successful projects throughout London and the south-east spanning sectors including Retail, Residential, Industrial and Regeneration.
They are looking to expand their London development team by appointing a Development Manager that will join their close-knit team as a key team player and who will have an active role in leading some of their most exciting and challenging projects.
Every day will be different, this will be from delivering a scheme to leading development appraisals, assembling a design team and overseeing the business plan all the way to customer handover.

What do you need to bring?
Experience as a Development Manager or Project Manager working hand in hand with a Developer/Client on the consultancy side looking to take that leap client side, who has led design team meetings, stakeholder engagement and taken a project through successful PC and customer handover.
The ability to lead a scheme while driving the profitability of the business plan and the quality of the end product.
Social Chameleon – being able to build rapport with the team but also with clients.
Salary circa £65-75k + circa 20% Bonus
Location – West End based ( with flexibility, 3 days in the office, 2 days out typically.
